Servicekontoret (Town Hall’s Customer Service - Help Desk)

The municipal Servicekontor is located on the first office floor of Town Hall in Lyngdal. The Servicekontor offers information on municipal services. This is where you go for information, advice and assistance to find your way within the system of local government services.

- Rental office for municipal housing
- Incidental rentals
- Agent for home building plots for sale by the municipality
- Municipal service fees
- Production subsidies and grants
- Grants – vacation- and holiday- related relief scheme
- Permits for deer hunting
- Disabled Person’s Helper Discount ID-Card
- Grants towards cultural/recreational activities distribution

Servicekontoret provides the following services on demand
- Case documents from municipal committees
- Mapping surveying documents
- Information about municipal projects and plans
- Information- pamphlets and circulars
- Application forms for various local government services
- Public access to PC and internet
- Offering books on local history for sale (bygdebøker)
- Cash payments office
- Key access cards for municipal buildings
